Philipp Schellenberg

Owner and managing director

I have been “at home” in the real estate world for more than 20 years and was also a member of the Wädenswil High School Board for 12 years (2009 – 2022) and successfully led the Infrastructure department (real estate).

I want to motivate people, share knowledge and achieve great things together through my integrity, my sense of responsibility and with a sense of what is feasible.

For me, my work is an interplay of management and leadership with a healthy dose of humanity.

My interest, pleasure and understanding of strategic, business, political and social issues round off my profile and my clients gain a solution-oriented, socially competent and responsible sparring partner.

Qualifications

Empathy. I am interested in other people and can empathize with their situations and points of view. I like to mediate and find solutions that are right for all sides.

Networking. Through my many years of practical experience, my work as an examination expert and lecturer, as well as my involvement in school administration, I have a broad network at my disposal.
