    Foundation of S&S Schellenberg + Schnoz AG

    Schellenberg und Schnoz AG was founded in 1989 as an architecture and construction management firm by Ruedi Schellenberg and Norbert Schnoz in Zurich. The aim was to create a company with “services around the real estate” in addition to the self-employment, based on their extensive professional experience at the Homeowners Association Zurich.

    Entry Philipp Schellenberg

    In September 2011, Ruedi Schellenberg’s son, Philipp Schellenberg, joins Schellenberg und Schnoz AG and the management team as Head of Real Estate Management. Previously, Philipp Schellenberg was responsible for property management in various companies.

    Family succession – foundation schellenberg.immo GmbH

    In the family-internal succession process of Schellenberg und Schnoz AG, the business area of property management was transferred to an independent company, schellenberg.immo GmbH. Philipp Schellenberg is the owner and chairman of the management board.

    GO LIVE schellenberg.immo GmbH

    As of January 1, 2022, we commenced operations and implemented the repositioning of competencies and services. We also moved into additional office premises at Riedhofstrasse 11 in 8804 Au-Wädenswil. With our additional location in the Lake Zurich region, we create the opportunity to expand our catchment area and to be even closer to our customers.
